Conditions not to be ingnored :

• Potential for significant delays during holidays: During extended holiday periods—such as Dussehra, Diwali, New Year, or other long breaks—heavy tourist crowds often cause significant delays in the bus's return time. A bus scheduled to return to its base at 5:30 PM might arrive at 8:30 PM or even later.
• Risk of missing connecting or onward travel: If you have planned onward travel (such as a train, flight, or inter-state bus), please note that the tour operator will neither alter the route nor expedite the schedule. In the event of a delay, you will be required to disembark from the tour bus at its current location and arrange for your onward travel at your own expense.
• Police restrictions and itinerary changes: We will not be held responsible if local police or traffic officials prevent our vehicles from reaching specific tourist sites due to crowds, security concerns, or sudden traffic diversions. While we will make every effort to visit all scheduled tourist sites, we will not be liable—nor will we provide compensation—if a site is missed, as such administrative decisions are made without prior notice.
